Dear Image Blinds Management, Just a quick note to let you know I’m really happy with the service I have received from Image Blinds. My initial call to the general enquiries line was answered by a bright, cheerful and helpful person. The salesperson was also fantastic and was so helpful he cuddled by 9 month old son so I could have a better look at the samples. Next in line were the fellows who came and removed my old blinds, quick, friendly and efficient. The staff of the general enquiries line were very patient with me as I rang a couple of times to clarify my order and delivery. I know I tested their patience a bit more as I made a frantic request for the blinds to come as soon as possible due to the heat. Sure enough, I received a call from the Installation Manager and presto! the blinds arrived the following day. They are fantastic and the house is noticeably cooler! I can’t express my thanks enough for the friendly and efficient service I received from everyone at Image Blinds.

Firstly – I would like to thank David Wells for his expertise and excellent customer service on quoting on our property in Seven Hills, QLD, which ultimately led to Image Blinds getting the job. Then once the time arrived to have them fitted, I met Daniel on site. Daniel was a very efficient and polite gentleman and even cleaned up as he went! It was a pleasure to have him fit the blinds. We recently decided the windows in our office needed something to stop the blinding sun! After doing some research on the net, I found the Image Blinds website and found it to be informative and easy to navigate. After I sent a quick email off for an enquiry, I received a telephone call asking me of my requirements and was efficiently told of a product I should look at. Next thing you know, we had Ray out here measuring up and gave us a quote on the spot. After a bit of “tweaking” we got a new revised quote and was booked in for installation in two weeks time. Yesterday we received a call from Image informing us of a cancellation and could they come fit our blinds (over a week early). We agreed and Rick turned up this morning and efficiently (quite amazingly really) set to install our blinds in record time. From start to finish we have found Image Blinds to be professional, courteous and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The new blinds are exactly what we needed and everyone can now hang up their hats they were wearing to stop that blinding sun (I’m not joking about that bit). Just wanted to give you some feedback on the installation of our blinds at my new home. I was extremely impressed with the attitude, the care and the workmanship of both Trent and Daniel who installed the blinds. We are acutely aware of how trades work on our sites, not only because they are our projects, but because through experience you very quickly tune into who works professionally and those who do sloppy work.
